Jörg Brückner enjoyed a long, successful career in various technical and sales functions, before moving to automotive industry supplier KEIPER GmbH & Co KG (subsequently Johnson Controls) in 2005. As Senior Sales Manager at Keiper, he was responsible for distribution of seat components to international automotive equipment suppliers, before setting up N-SECON in 2013.

Jörg Brückner is a qualified toolmaker. Following his Abitur and completing a Technical Engineering course in Wiesbaden, he studied Business Management at the Hagen Correspondence University, graduating as a Diplom Kaufmann.

Jörg Brückner is married and has one daughter.
